Where is your warehouse facility located and what areas do you serve?

Our primary 10,000 sq ft facility is located in Chilliwack, BC directly on the Highway 1 corridor. We provide fast daily distribution to Metro Vancouver (Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, Surrey), the Fraser Valley, and across Western Canada.
What is the difference between pallet rack storage and bulk floor storage?

Pallet racking is designed for standard 48x40 pallets requiring quick accessibility for picking and fulfillment. Bulk floor storage accommodates oversized cargo, machinery, non-stackable pallets, and high-volume seasonal inventory.
Do you provide cross-docking and container de-stuffing from the Port of Vancouver?

Yes. We receive 20ft and 40ft sea containers transferred from the Port of Vancouver, de-stuff the cargo, sort and palletize by SKU, apply barcode labels, and stage for immediate outbound LTL/FTL shipping.
What security, fire protection, and pest control measures are in place?

Our facility is equipped with 24/7 HD video surveillance, biometric access controls, ESFR fire suppression sprinklers, and professional commercial pest control to ensure full compliance for consumer packaged goods.
